Everything from the reception to the actual experience (massage and facial) was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I may not return as often as I’d like is because of the pricing. It can get a little expensive.

I have already answered a survey from my location, so this is a duplication I feel. Deeandra did my facial and she was great. Morgan, the manager also spent time talking with me while I waited for my appointment. (I arrived early). Everyone was very friendly and acknowledged me throughout my visit.

Quality of the products used helped me achieve my goals for the appointment. The extra amenities made me feel at a true medspa. I liked the water and scents and sounds.

Everything about the massage itself, and the check-in before the massage, was highly satisfactory. My only complaints are with the app. Scheduling appointments online is more difficult than it should be. Trying to book a facial and a massage as back-to-back appointments takes too many steps. Showing an unavailable date in black, and an available date in dark green, is difficult to see on my device as the colors look identical. Simply changing the background color on the calendar from red to yellow to green, instead of changing the color of the number on the same white background, would immediately improve the experience and would be an easy change to make.
