Hand and Stone

I wish that I was able to add more time to my appointment while I was at check in. The online scheduling tool is not easy to understand and it doesn’t tell me how much “credit” I have available.

Cost is always a consideration. I need to cost compare.

Other than the burn I sustained, my visit was lovely and my massage therapist was great. In the beginning, we decided on a temperature for the stones but toward the end, they were much too hot and I noticed a burn on my back the next morning. It is small and nothing major, and I still prefer Hand and Stone to other parlors.

Doesn’t seem worth the cost. Hot stones not used as much in session as expected, aromatherapy was literally smelling oil on someone’s hand twice. Bright room, no eye mask.

Staff at reception were not rude but also not overly friendly. Didn't make you feel great about being there. Massage therapist was the best and I guess that is what counts the most.

There was an issue with my initial booking. The therapist was unavailable but I was accidentally sent a confirmation text. They made it right by getting me rescheduled with another therapist same day though.

i needed a step up to get on the facial table.

This visit had a great massage therapist, but there have been times when I have not felt that the massage therapist did a good job

Therapist is good but not very personable. I feel like I am seen as a potential buyer of goods and services by the staff, everything is more charges
