Massage therapist was wonderful and responsive to requests and needs. I would have preferred a bit more kneading into the muscles, but I still enjoyed my experience and it was beneficial.

My only suggestion would be to install some heavy curtains to block out the outside in the reception area in order to further establish a relaxing environment and to cut down on noise as there are only hard surfaces and sound echoes. Additionally the music was so loud in the reception area that it was distorted through the speakers and didn’t provide a relaxing experience.

Too eager to recommend / review on Google. Seemed more important than the massage itself. Reminded me too much of a 'chain'.

I would really like you to offer some thing for senior citizens I think this would help your business tremendously

I thought I would get one hour facial but it was more like 45 minutes but it was still wonderful. I just feel like if you ask the price of a add on service and are given a price that should not be higher when checking out. Regards...

I think Ashley is an exceptional massage therapist. The management is another story. I do not think they take care of the staff's concerns. They seem unwilling to correct problems like the music and sound system, that have been brought to their attention. Having a wonderful message but having no control over the music (cant change it or turn it off) is disturbing.

The staff and store are fine. I am very pleased with Caitlin as my massage therapist. This is the most convenient store to where I now live, but is a far distance (~15 miles) vs my original membership store which was 1 mile away. Obviously this is out of the control of the Chamblee store, but is why I do not provide a Highly Satisfied rating.

Seems like there is a very high turnover at this location. I do not get the feeling that you find highly experienced therapists

Forms are ridiculous to fill out on an iPad where you have to go back and forth and when I asked for help I was spoken to like I was stupid. And it cut into my massage time.
