Hand and Stone

Very pleasant and enjoyable therapist, but did not get the relief I expected from particular pain. A Previous therapist has addressed the issue more effectively so I know it can be done.

My service was only 45 minutes. I scheduled a hot stone massage, but stones were only used a little during the massage, I thought they would be incorporated more. Pressure was Inconsistent. There were no pain-relief products for the body available, mostly skincare in shop

As I checked out, the initial receptionist was talking to me and then another stepped in. They both were trying to upset me but I only needed to talk to one person at a time

Massage therapist is wonderful. Even though room was cold, he adjusted table warmer and offered extra linens. The receptionist wasn’t unfriendly. Overall satisfied

There is always room for improvement It was good value for the price This is my first time there, so I can not report such high satisfaction if I don’t know if the service quality is consistent

I requested a deep tissue massage. I was not satisfied with the pressure used during the massage

The esthetician charged for an add on service, and it was not explained to me during the service that it would be an additional fee.

This was a new store to me. Initial visit was OK. We will get to know each other more over time, I'm sure.

I felt that the facial was mediocre...the esthetician did little extractions

I had purchased a buy one get one gift certificate and when I checked in it seems somehow someone used my gift card which I had purchased over the phone more than a year ago. it took awhile but the receptionist solved my problem and of course I was not charged since I had already paid for the gift card. It was disturbing to know that someone had used my card.
