I had a pain in my right calf after the massage that lasted about 24 hours. Other than that it was good. Disappointed my leg ended up hurting.

This is a wonderful place to get a massage. They offer a wide range of services but it is important to let the receptionist know what you are looking for from the therapist. I have had some therapist that do a way too soft, i guess you would call relaxing massage but that is my fault for not being more direct with what I wanted. Receptionist is knowledgeable to connect you with a great massage.

I received several phone calls on the day of my appointment while I was on a business call. When I checked my voice mail, I was informed that my therapist had a family emergency and I should call to rebook. When I called to rebook, I was told the therapist made it in after all and they asked if I could go ahead and come in anyway. Fortunately, I was able to make it in but I thought this was very unprofessional, it's also not the first time it's happened to me.

Francesca is an amazing receptionist. She’s knowledgeable and very friendly. Every time I’ve come in she’s nice and knows how to use my membership packages in the most efficient way.

The extractions being the main reason I came in, I was disappointed with the time spent in that area. Sorry I only have one sentence for you, but that was the main reason I was there.

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed the previous day via text. Approx. 2 1/2 hours prior to the 4:30 scheduled appointment I recieved a phone call that the therapist was off at 5:00 and they would have to schedule me with another therapist or reschedule the appointment. I joined because of the therapist I booked with so I rescheduled. At the time of the appointment I had 4 massage credits. When the every other month plan I was on expired, I asked to continue the same plan and was told it would be taken care of. It never was, thus the 4 massage credits. When I arrived at my appointment, I asked to cancel my membership. It was suggested that I do a 3-month freeze so as not to lose the credits I had accumulated on my account. I agreed and filled out the form to freeze the account. I was told a manager had to sign the form and would not be in until the following day. I asked to be emailed the form once it was signed, especially since the ball was dropped on the every other month reinistatement request. I still have not received a copy of the signed form. Hopefully it was done.

I think the staff puts too much emphasis on trying to sell and upsell you on products and services.

I feel that there are minor improvements that can be made, but overall I truly enjoyed my time at hand & spa.

I did Express that I was looking to get extractions in my nose and Chin removed and they were done but not as thoroughly as I would have liked.
