Had to shorten my appointment the day before, which was disappointing, but I understand the massage therapist had another commitment. Would have been nice to have gotten some sort of compensation for the last minute change. The salt stones were an expensive add on and I'm not sure it enhanced my experience.

Satisfied is s very good rating. It was the first time I got this service, ever, and I'm very pleased giving a 'satisfied' rating. I'll know more after my next appointment.

Everything was great...the reception area, welcome staff, and the esthetician was really nice and did a good job. I don’t think time allowed it, but I would have loved more time spent on extractions since we had talk about how my face was congested. I was hoping for more of that.

Everyone at Hand and Stone was welcoming and very friendly! My esthetician was very helpful with what products I should use to maintain my skin regimen!

A family member had purchased a gift card for hand and stone for me over the phone, via another location. It has been very difficult to use this gift card. There were multiple accounts under my name, they couldn’t get it transferred and I got the feeling that the front desk did not believe me that i had a gift card. After 20 minutes and calling the other location I was finally able to use the $100 left on the gift card. Ultimately it was resolved but it was frustrating to deal with.

I was satisfied with my experience. I think it is a good value and the therapists are always friendly. Many of them are newer and don’t seem to stay long so it is difficult to work with the same person every time. But the value is good.

Seems like their are not a lot of workers - hard to get appointments. Got offered water at the end - in a cup.

I arrived on time but waited 5 minutes for my appointment to begin. Only received 47 minutes of massage time.

The receptionist asked if it was my first time, I had met her a few times at different appointments. Then she couldn’t find my account, seemed very confused, said I had two accounts. She seemed confused when I made the appointment on the phone as well.
