Some of the therapists are good and some are not. It was always a shot in the dark whether I was going to get a good massage or not. I don't have much free time and I don't have time or money to waste on a bad massage. Everytime I found a decent therapist they would be leaving.

I just felt that there was a little confusion with logistics in the spa. It did not hurt my experience but I felt that it reflected issues with the team dynamic of the spa employees.

I am usually satisfied with the experience. I just wish it were a little more affordable in the monthly membership. The service is good, though.

I had a $79 gift card & was told I was getting the introductory facial. I elected the peppermint head massage as an add on. I understood my massage to be $50 & head massage $15 totaling $65, but when I checked out she said my $79 gift card covered it. On top of that I left a gratuity. So for $95, I was very dissatisfied.

Appt made by phone was NOT captured and had I not informed my massage therapist that I was coming in, whom I’ve been going to for years, I would have shown up and not had an appt. since she was aware she had someone call me and I had to schedule for a different time!

Would be nice to be able to book online but the therapist I use doesn't appear as an option, constantly issues with the website and trying to book an appointment. Room #5 was noisy when HVAC system was on and turned on/off a few times during my 60 minutes. Really liked the therapist.

The pressure at times was too much - I ended up bruised in certain areas. I did not speak up during the treatment because I thought it would help my backache to push through the discomfort. My backache was helped but I was left sore and bruised. I don't know that I did the right thing - so this is really on me I guess.

This was a treat and not anything I plan to do more than twice a year.

Sue Ann was very knowledgeable and helped relieve my discomfort. I recommend her she knows her stuff and very passionate about what she does and in helping others.
