I wasn't dissatisfied, I just feel it is a waste of money for those not experiencing skin issues. I am not experiencing skin issues as I already see a dermatologist. For example, when I left, everyone at the shop indicated that my skin was glowing - - my skin was glowing because the tech had just put some type of ointment on my face, and it made me feel as if the staff was trying to run a number on me.

I had an incredible mini facial with a lady a few weeks ago and she was out of the country for my second scheduled facial. The new lady Anthony was very nice and did a great job explaining things to me. The end of the facial with the first last, my face felt refreshed, it was brighter. This facial, Anthony said we were done and I was shocked because my face felt like I had a mask on it. I even asked what the last step was that she put on my face and she mentioned 3 things including sunscreen!! I went to the bathroom and ended up washing it all off. I’ll be scheduling another facial but with the Intial lady (wish I could recall her name). Also, the front desk needs to know the pricing of products. I waited for 10 mins to get the pricing for product and after waiting that long, I just told them to forget about it.

I’m a big fan of peace and quiet in my sessions. Like no talking at all unless it’s to move me or about the pressure. Not a big fan of the small talk.

The supply air vent in the room was LOUD and takes away from the relaxing experience. Linens seemed a little rough to the skin.

Called in the morning and got in within half an hour. Rachel was very good... especially for a first time.

Overall it was a good experience but the therapist seemed kind of stand-offish. She stopped in the middle of my massage to ask why I was so tense. I was perfectly relaxed until she said that, but then I was trying to figure out what she was talking about. Just a weird moment.
