Very friendly staff. The only problem is the chairs in ths massage room are not stable.

Janelle is very professional and does the perfect massage for my needs. Her pressure is perfect. She has been able to get all my spasms and tightness out of my back since last November and I’m not in pain with at least a monthly massage by her. I’m so fortunate to find the perfect match in a massage therapist. The owner, Steve, of the Surprise Hand and Stone is an excellent manager. I never have a problem there……excellent staff!

Appointment scheduling and check in is very easy. Everyone there is kind and very welcoming. Esme is wonderful! The only down point I have is it seems like one of the main requirements for staff is to push product purchase. I understand having the products you use available for purchase, but maybe just mention that you have them for purchase rather than seeming to push your clients to purchase them. I always feel bad saying no.

I love the feel of my skin afterwards. I feel relaxed and refreshed.

The staff is super friendly. The massage was good. Nobody was to salesy.

I have tried several other chain massage shops and haven’t been as satisfied. I’ve used hand and stone in New Jersey and Arizona and have been extremely satisfied at both. Massage therapist and facial treatments have been wonderful

I love going to Hand & Stone for both massages and facials. They are extremely professional and everyone on the staff is knowledgeable about the products. I originally went to this company back in New Jersey and when first living out here in AZ, I wished that there was a location close to my house. When they opened the location in Surprise, I was beyond thrilled that I could return to this company.
