Friendly people and good service. The receptionist tried to provide for the extras requested. There was a misunderstanding, and everyone was very apologetic. They communicated their concerns and were very nice. Although there was no real resolution it was apparent they cared.

Everybody went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I have only had one other massage so my knowledge of things is minimal.

Everyone was so friendly at this location. They were not pushy which I appreciate! The membership program was explained to me thoroughly and how I would benefit. Olivia did a great job on my facial and was very careful with my sensitive skin. She was customer oriented and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I really enjoyed the facial massage. My skin looked glowing when I was done.

Lizzie my was amazing and took my needs into consideration with my massage. She made sure to focus on my lower back (as requested) and explained what I can do in the future to avoid pain/injuries there

I look forward to my massages every month. Rachel is wonderful and always checks to make sure that I am comfortable and continues to check in with me during the course of the massage. I do wish that the waiting area was set off with screens or something so that it was a bit more peaceful and encouraged relaxation before the massage.

Overall experience was great. Therapist listened to my needs and focused on areas requested. Only concern was the mask the therapist was wearing did not seem appropriate as it looked like mesh and not fully protective.
