My facial with Shylee was so relaxing and my face felt wonderful afterwards. My massage with Christine helped ease my aches and she did a great job. The spa is very clean and everyone follows Covid protocol and makes me feel safe.

My Aesthetician was amazing! Probably the best I’ve had so far and I love my regular girl.

Everyone that I talked to was very kind and full of energy they made me feel comfortable and informed. There was no pressure to purchase anything more than what I did and the overall environment was refreshing .

I am highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone because I was feeling a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders before my appointment. The therapist was able to work that discomfort out of my body and I was feeling much better when I left.

Due to bone degeneration, I am in frequent pain in my neck. The message therapist was diligent getting the knots out of my shoulder and neck. She was very concerned that the pressure was not hurting me. I left relaxed. I was able to sleep through the night, not getting up in pain every hour!

My message therapist is highly knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. I only wish the message would’ve been 60 minutes. I definitely will come back and ask for her again! I love hand and stone in surprise they are always good to me!

Alexander was welcoming and genuine. I’ve never had a massage by a male and was nervous. I expressed this upfront and he eased my concerns quickly. He explained why certain areas hurt and was able to identify how I slept even. I was so pleased with his services upon my departure I changed my next appointment to him.
