One of my favorite things was that the head cradle had a lavender type smell that was very relaxing. I also enjoyed the pressure was perfect for what I needed. Everyone at the facility was very nice and enthusiastic!

I wanted a facial for one reason only - to have a large blackhead removed. When we got to the extraction phase, it's the first thing she extracted. With the steam and products she used prior to extraction, it was removed fairly easily. Mission accomplished.

The manager is extremely friendly and always makes sure your needs are met.

I will rewrite what I posted in an online review because I love the facility so much. I don't believe I ever was inclined to buy a membership at a massage business until I went to Hand and Stone. The front desk was amazingly professional and pleasant. Whether it's on the phone or in person, I was impressed from the first encounter. It's been about 9 years since I've had a personal masseuse and I don't regret trying out a franchise. My masseuse at hand and stone is Alex. I also have to say, I haven't wanted to try another masseuse after my experience with him. He is very knowledgeable. Very professional and a miracle worker. I have several lower back issues including occasional sciatica and spondylosis. He knew what I needed just by getting a gague of how my muscles and limbs aligned. He is knowledgeable in holistic medicine and knows anatomy. He remembers exactly what's wrong no matter the time that passes between appointments, and asks if I improved on my next visit. I doubt I will go to anyone else based off the service I receive when I go to Hand and Stone.

I called the same day of my appointment and they had openings. They also do not push you to buy extra products or services they offer. They suggest but don t insist. I like to be informed of products and services but not harassed.

Uli was excellent at relieving pain and giving further information to continue reduced pain at home. His knowledge was remarkable!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Target areas were addressed by the therapist. I have had good experience with every therapist I have used.
