The message therapist was very knowledgeable and checked in on my comfort if he noticed discomfort. I always ask for firm massages and this is the first time my request was accommodated thanks Jorge. Shelley was also great she was very kind and took her time going over my skin and recommending products which I purchased because of her knowledge.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and very good at firm pressure. I felt relieved from pain that I had. The environment was friendly and relaxing.

I had the Hemilayian Hot Stone Massage. It made my body feel like silk. Very relaxing. This is the first time with this therapist. The best massage ever.

1. The manager booked my appointment and welcomed me when I arrived with exceptional customer service. It was greatly appreciated. 2. Both the manager and the the massage therapist took the time to hear about my trigger points which at the time I had multiple that needed work. At that point they recommended the right treatment for me. 3. The therapist Alex taught me why I had certain back issues/trigger points. He then began to fix and release my trigger points with ease and then taught me how to prevent them. Both the store manager and the massage therapist went above and beyond in their customer service. I cannot overstate how much pain I was in. That same day I was actually seeking medical treatment, because the trigger points were so painful and I had been suffering from the pain for over a year. Again not only was the pain released, but I was taught why I had the pain and how to prevent it. A HUGE thank you to both the store manager and the massage therapist for what they did for me.

The therapist is always willing to make adjustments to pressure, etc, based on my needs. Love the extra add ons available with the massage. I always love my experience at Hand and Stone and will continue my monthly visits!
