Front staff are always friendly & welcoming. Love my Therapist Liz, excellent at her craft, always feel relaxed when finished with my massage. The spa is very clean & sanitary.

Christine was wonderful! She spent extra time on my problem areas and gave me tips on how to stretch that area out. I will definitely be back to see her.

The ambiance, Covid-safe practices and friendliness of the reception staff was excellent. I appreciated the receptionist walking me through add-on options to enhance my experience. Christine, the massage therapist, listened carefully to what I wanted focused on (which has been unusual at other spas) and did what I asked. She was clearly experienced and skilled. I left feeling relaxed and had significantly less pain. Highly recommend this location. The only trouble I had was related to completing the forms online. I was not able to do this; there was something wrong with the page for the signature.

I had woken up that morning in pain and couldn’t move without crying. I booked an appointment an hour from that time and was able to be seen right away. They were very courteous from the reminder phone call to the moment I left at the end. Not very busy so I didn’t wait for more than 3 minutes, if that, in the front room. The masseuse was able to work out my pain and gave me some tips on how to avoid getting it again. Next time I want some Me Time, this is where I’ll probably end up.

Christine at the Surprise location has been amazing! She listens to exactly what I want and executes it perfectly! She is who I book all my massages with!

We had to be late for our appointment. The staff was very understanding and helpful, allowing us to push things back a 1/2 hour but was still able to give us our full treatment. Very pleasant and helpful.
