The staff was very friendly. The esthetician was, also very friendly and explained to me each step of the procedure. I, however did run into a problem trying to book another reservation from your website. The lady that provided the services to me was not on a list of choices. I will be returning, eventually, to this establishment.

I liked how you were able to get a massage therapist even though I did not schedule an appointment at the time that I walked in. I remember, that your company does walk ins & I did not have to wait long. I really liked the Massage Therapist, Otto, he was very professional, respectable, and prompt in coming in. He worked on my pain around my shoulders and neck area. I loved how he took the time to show me which stretches to use to ease the pain around my shoulders and neck area & he even wrote down each stretches and what it was for. Thank you! I will definitely be coming back. 😀
