Everyone at the Surprise Hand &Stone is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make clients comfortable and demonstrate how much they appreciate your business. No detail is overlooked.

The receptionist are very friendly. My therapist idea very friendly and knows how much pressure to use and I’m very satisfied. It was very easy to check out.

On my third visit, Rachel was my therapist. She is awesome. She listens to my needs and focuses on the areas we discuss. She's great at answering my questions about add on services. She's got a great personality and very easy to talk to. Although I know you have other great therapists, I will continue to request Rachel and even work my massages around her availability. Everyone out front is great too. Speedy check in. Speedy checkout (precheck out too). Knowledgeable of products that are in the lobby area. Hours of operation are great so I can always find a time that works for me. Overall very positive experience.

From stepping through the door to leaving I felt that my needs were met in a very friendly and caring manner.

Was able to get an appt immediately. The massage was excellent. The friendliness of the staff. The manager was good at her job.

Miranda was the best! A lot of masseuses have handled me with kid gloves and acted like I don’t actually want hard pressure when I ask for it. But Miranda was wonderful and dug in with no reservations! She checked on me frequently and talked through her process and the state of the several knots in my back. I have already booked again :)

Dee is wonderful at explaining the products and the steps to take to use them. She is so calm and relaxing while getting a facial. I have thoroughly enjoyed every appointment I have ever received with her!

I love my esthetician Christina! I am to her, and only book my facials with her because she is just that good and attentive to my needs.

Both ladies were pleasant and skilled and made me feel very comfortable.
