Shylee was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was thorough, gentle and explained the products she was using, what I might feel on my skin and asked if I had questions.

I love coming to the Surprise location, the staff is super friendly and are always kind. My husband and I really enjoy getting a monthly couples massage using our membership, it is always a pleasant experience that leaves us relaxed and rejuvenated.

I keep my membership at Hand & Stone because when I book/make an appointment the staff is wonderful. They work with me too accommodate my needs. The therapist is amazing & knows what she’s doing. When checking out & leaving the staff makes me feel like family. Wanting to know how everything went & how I’m feeling. Everything is wonderful from beginning to end!!!

Elizebeth is an amazing therapist. She asked me where I had the pain. I said I have all over the body pain. She hit every knot and pain spot all over my body. I walked out feeling pain-free and totally relaxed.
