I didn’t really wait in the waiting room at all because we don’t do that so the question isn’t applicable. Also, I do miss the heated bed, but I understand that isn’t possible now as it was explained. If possible, that would be something I would like to see brought back :)

Every time I go there I feel like I'm stepping in comfort. There is a peace that comes over me due to the all staff and the environment.

There is a Hand and Stone much closer to where I live but I make the drive to this one because they are so welcoming! They make everything so easy for their customers and have great customer service!

The service was geared to my needs.

Lindsay was very intuitive and found my hard spots. She explained about the Himalayan salt stones and their purpose. She was respectful of me with regards to the amount of talking we had as I prefer to not be chatty during my massages. I am looking forward to my next appointment with her!!
