Great atmosphere, very clean facility and friendly staff

The front staff , massage, facial therapist are all helpful and always have been when I go in for a service. I always look forward to the friendliness.

My massage therapist was caught in traffic and was running late for my appointment. The receptionist let me know the issue and was very polite, very apologetic and offered me a free upgrade. I chose the Aromatherapy with Lavender. Oh my gosh was it a great addition to my massage. I was highly surprised that the staff actually cared about me and my wait time. When my therapist, Otto showed up he was very apologetic also. Otto made up for it by giving me a awesome massage. I will highly recommend Otto to anyone I see. He asked me throughout the massage about the pressure and made sure I was doing fine. The pressure was perfect, I could not have asked for anything different. The next massage I get will definitely be with Otto.

The massage was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very friendly and was careful to keep the pressure at a level that was comfortable for me.

I love the fact that I can book on line and have the therapist that I want. Lindsey has always been right on where and when I need her. She's learned just how much pressure I need to work on those areas that need to be worked on. She's always on top of the new things that might help me. The store it's self is great. Everyone in there are so welcoming and nice. I will continue my membership with this Hand and Stone for a very long time. Thank you Lindsey for taking care of me.
