Nice place..easy access..very satisfied

My upper back and neck were really sore. I contacted the places I have gone to in the past for treatments but they were not available. The check in process online was ver easy and I was able to find a time that worked. Due to how sore I was, I didn’t think there would be much of a difference when I was done with the massage but the therapist Leandra did a great job and I really felt good for the first time in a about a week. Glad to have found this spot!

I already provided an inline review the day of my service. Please see that review for the great things I did say. I wanted to give 5 starts, but during my massage, I could hear noise next door laughing too loud and many people talking down the hallway, I believe the door was not closed during that time of my massage, it took away from my relaxation.

The ambiance of the spa is relaxing and peaceful. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I felt relieved of stress and tension because of the atmosphere and message.

I loved my therapist Elizabeth. She always provides me with the best care and I know she wants Me to be as pain free as I can. The front desk associate I spoke with (on 6/1 at 10am) was very helpful and made it easy to make my appointment!

My massage was exactly the way I like it and the practitioner was professional and friendly and tuned into my needs. My facial was relaxing and very enjoyable. I love having a massage followed by a facial for a great spa day.

Customer service was great. I don’t like trying new person if the person I like is no longer there. I don’t feel I got what I paid for.

Stephen is always friendly and a smile on his face that is also reflected on the staff. They make us feel like family the receptionist know who we are when we call and say our names and when we walk in even on non appointment days. Staff is amazing and switched to their location because of this.
