I personally just felt very welcomed. The establishment was very classily and clean, and the receptionists were very friendly and attentive. And my massage therapist did an excellent job, and was super friendly the whole time.

This is a good location, staff was friendly. I enjoyed my visit. I liked the flavored water that was available. I’ll be returning for sure.

Been with them going on a year or so. Always been top notch front to back. I've been lucky to keep the same therapist.

The massage therapist Louis was great. He is friendly and really likes is work which shows. He is gentle in the areas that need to be gentle. He is quickly learning my body more than any therapist I have had before. He is a 11 out of a 10.

I visit this spa every time I am in the area. Nicole is INCREDIBLE. Steve takes personal pride in this spa. It is always clean. The team is always friendly.

Cleanliness, customer service from the time I made my appointment to walking out the door after my appointment was excellent! My therapist MIA listened and did a great job of helping me with my back spasms. Met the wife (can’t remember her name right off) owner and she was wonderful and answered a couple of my questions regarding wanting to switch to this Surprise location for my membership. I like this one so much better than the Bell Road one. All of the staff I encountered were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Im returning next week! I can’t say enough great things about this place. Bought the Black Friday special too ahead of time.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, massage therapist was very helpful and did a very good job of combing Swedish and deep tissue techniques!

I’ve been to other chains in CO and the receptionist or manager did not greet me like this one did. We had raspberry flavored water in less than a minute while we filled out intake forms and it was just highly professional and welcoming.
