Everyone were very nice and accommodating. Even though my membership is cancelled and one of my perks was expired. They still honored it. Massage therapist Rachel was sweet and knowledgeable.

Location made it easier for us to make the appointment on time. Service was good.

The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and so Professional! So far I have see Mae, Leslie, and Abby..all our EXCELLENT at their skill and profession. Steve the owner is very, very personable and knowledgable.

Abigail....the Estetician..is awesome. I have never had such a relaxing and refreshing facial. She is also very friendly.

This facility was so clean and elegant. Every staff member was nice and professional. I felt so relaxed and enjoyed it so much.

The Hand and Stone spa in Surprise AZ is fantastic. I always get a great massage and the practitioners are very professional. They take the time to listen about any particular issues and focus on the areas I want. And the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I plan on being a customer for a very long time. :)

Rose is an excellent massage therapist, who really caters to your problem areas while still allowing you to relax. Joyce at the front desk is always friendly and will help you with any question you have. I always love coming to Hand & Stone Surprise!
