Always a pleasure there. The manager when there, is pleasant and available to answer any questions. She is always engaged with the reception staff and it's always pleasant. I would even recommend people to come work in this location.

My massage therapist, Leandra was wonderful! I have been having a lot of neck and shoulder pain, she concentrated on those areas and it helped significantly with my sleep last night!

Attentive, polite staff. Not pushy on the product sales but still recommending products and services that make me feel that they listen to my concerns. Also, therapists are very responsive to my needs and make me feel comfortable.

Hand & Stone has been a great service for me! The people are all around nice and make sure that I have the most relaxing experience. Hand & Stone appointments are what I look forward too once a month for a nice treat myself spa day. I have recommended Hand & Stone to my family and friends out of state giving it a 10 out of 10.

The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. The owner also greeted us and was very warm and welcoming. The massage was amazing, pressure was perfect. Will be back every month during our stay in AZ.

I have been happy each time I have come...with each of my appointments being a wonderful experience. No matter what question I have they have always helpe me to understand and they explain everything!!! Everyone is always so nice!!!! all the time!!!!!
