EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN CLEAN PLACE! CAROL WAS AMAZING I HAVE CANCER AND SHE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND GAVE ME GREAT IDEAS.

It was all around great the only complaint that I have is that after my appointment I went to pay and the manager kept pushing for me to sign up and he wouldn't take no for an answer and I was running late but everything else was great

I love the second visit as much as the first. Cliff is very good at what he does. I will definitely book with him but if he’s not available would like to try other therapist. Keep up the great work!

I was welcomed and taken care of within a minute of walking in the door. The store is very clean and relaxing. My therapist listened to my needs and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.

The waiting area was well organized and looked efficient, this includes the receptionist who helped make sure everyone had what they needed in preparation for their massage.

Went in with a lot of pain in an arthritic hand. Therapist did a great job of helping to give me pain relief and mobility in my hand. He also took the time to suggest things that I could do at home.

New customer referred by my sister. It was a great facial and I'd be back if I lived closer. Joyce was so nice at reception desk and no hard sell on products. Please come to Bellingham WA so others can enjoy. Will tell my sorority sisters in Beta Sigma Phi to give this a try.

Steve was incredibly welcoming and the massage was nice but the massage therapist did not check on my trouble areas or do any check ins throughout the service.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating to my comfort. This was my first facial and Jennifer was explained everything well. The spa was clean and my appointments ran right on time.

The staff was great like usual. Dustin my therapist was wonderful! I feel asleep and woke up this morning recharged.
