The receptionist was on the phone, I was taken care of by the owner. They rearranged the schedule to meet my needs. Extremely professional and focused on customer service.

Rose is a wonderful massage therapist! She listens to what I say and remembers my likes from massage to massage. I also really appreciated Rose coming in to give me my massage on a day and time she was not scheduled to work. Very nice of her!

I've visited this location 4 times in the past 3 months and my skin is improving better than I thought possible. Jen is attentive and very knowledgeable on what treatment would be best for me. I just wish I knew about Hand and Stone long ago.

Got an appointment the day I called within 45 minutes of calling. I was visiting from Naples, FL, where I have contract with a competitor. I was so pleased with the whole experience...from ease of getting an appointment, the ambience of the spa, and the care and attention of the owner and the staff I encountered to the fact that Hand and Stone has locations in all the cities that I live in and travel to on a regular basis. I signed up for the membership on the spot and will cancel my contract with e competitor when I return home.

I had just cancelled my membership in Goodyear due to the poor customer service. My plan was to use my credits in surprise . Once I got their everyone was fantastic , friendly and I was surprised of the level of customer service. The owner in surprise was amazing

I feel like family as soon as I walk in the door. I have yet to come to an appointment that I wasn’t asked if there were any specific areas I was concerned about. I never feel pressured to upgrade or purchase any products
