Elizabeth is an excellent massage therapist. I look forward each month in coming into get a massage, because she does a complete body massage, which is what I need in my life right now.

I had a new therapist and he really helped with the tightness in my upper back and shoulders. He gave me some good stretching exercises to do at home.
