Scheduling was easy. I had no problem getting my preferred time. The receptionists were friendly and patient. I enjoyed the facial I received. My skin felt fantastic afterwards.

I had such a fantastic experience. My massage therapist was incredible and was very in tune with my needs. I had an ankle injury at the time, and she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable while addressing my needs and giving me relief. She also suggested that we do a different kind of massage based on my needs than what I had originally booked for. As I was checking out, not only did I sign up for a membership (such a great deal!), but I was also given a special price to try out a facial, which I have never had before. They did not have someone available at the time, but instead called someone in to accommodate my time constraints. My esthetician was very knowledgeable about the products and accommodated my many food allergies. I would have had no idea that there were ingredients that were food based and may have set off an allergic reaction. Thank you for such a pleasurable and relaxing experience.

Very friendly staff. The entire establishment was very clean and showed a clear level of pride of ownership. Suggested upgrades and additional products for purchase but were not pushy. Definitely will be back.

My therapist was extremely knowledgeable and attended to my needs throughout the massage. The manager was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to try to get to know me on a personal level.

The vibe when you walk in is very clean and relaxing. Laura knew the product well and I found Hand and Stone because it carried Dermalogica products. Very glad to have found this place and will recommend this to my friends and family!

I was Highly satisfied however, my fiance was not. She felt like the thearapist was not very friendly or firm and time got cut short.....
