Disturbed at the way the massage had ended so abruptly ("We're out of time, have to end the massage here.") I felt the massage was incomplete and not properly finished. It left me to wonder....... This was the massage and not esthetician.

The sales pushiness needs toned down. I have a membership. I don’t need two. I don’t need greeted by each sales person, I don’t need a sales push before, during and after.

Overall it was a great experience. And while the receptionist was super nice, I felt like she tried way too hard to try and get me to do a membership. I understand asking once but she probably pushed it on me 3-4 times. I’m a pregnant mom and this was a treat so i don’t know if I will be back. People don’t to leave a relaxing massage and deal with a pushy sales rep.

Welcome by employees was nice, but one person was “too in your face”. It was overwhelming. The young woman explaining the add ons was wonderful, but she was interrupted several times by another employee. I was annoyed. I thought she was doing a very good job explaining things, in a very calm manner. After my massage I expected a sales pitch, but felt overwhelmed by the additional push to have me join the program. I felt as though everything the massage did to relax me was undone.

I don't like to be pressured into purchasing products. I am a frequent buyer of the products used during my service that my esthetician uses but dislike how aggressive the sales are by receptionist and the owner.

Did I say that I was not highly satisfied? I’m not sure which answer to which previous question you are basing this on. I think any individual visit is great, my only overall concern is the re-determination of award points because it means that it’s going to take me years to accrue enough and I come once a month or more.

I was satisfied I live far so I will not be returning for that reason

Appointment began late. I asked for a deep tissue appointment ad also spoke to the therapist about deep tissue. While the massage was nice it was not deep tissue.

I wish I wouldn’t have been asked to upgrade and it ultimately meant I didn’t get my next massage
