My massage therapist did a great job of working on my troubled areas. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful.

I got a massage and a facial, my massage therapist felt like all of the movements were very rushed and not relaxing, however, she was very nice. When I was waiting for my facial right after my massage I was asked to wait right outside the restroom for my esthetician to come get me which was awkward whenever anyone used the restroom. Also, I did not like how pushy the esthetician was on trying to sell me products after my facial and the receptionist kept trying to get me to sign up for a monthly package even after I told her I couldn’t due to finances. I honestly probably will not be back because of these reasons.

The high pressure sales to purchase product at checkout. I have not opened any of the products and would like to return them

I don't have an issue per se with the location, staff, etc. I only mentioned before that generally speaking, the front desk girls (who are not skin professionals) do not understand the products fully. I know this, because I studied at I.D.I. and was an esthetician in the last 15 years. Once a product I wanted wasn't available, they tried to sell something completely different (that doesn't do what they said it does) and I tested them to see if they knew other things and they definitely did not. While I don't wish to judge them, I just think that if they don't really know, they shouldn't pretend to know. They may sell the wrong product to someone with skin issues, like I do. Luckily I know what I'm doing and I did not ever go with their recommendations. Nor the recommendations they made for my teen who was at home and had never been to a spa before. If I had, we'd be in trouble with our skin. I think if they don't know exactly what something does, or exactly what someone would need...they need to get someone else just as a 2nd opinion or something. And get more training. Or just let estheticians make the recommendations since they actually know skin.

I liked the ambience the settings and the people were very friendly, I would definitely go there, probably for a massage, but I am super picky about things that go on my face and afterwards my face felt fine at first, but an hour later sticky and cakey feeling.

Sad that they use current member pricing and not my member pricing for additional services! I would come more often

The only thing that’s great there is my Mia. Shes the best
