They receptionist was not clear on rescheduling due to prior appointment that was running late. She suggested I wait in the room for 15 minutes. I called back and told her I just wanted to reschedule. The manager was very helpful in getting this resolved, but the receptionist that called me to tell me my first appointment was running late needs coaching.

i felt very pressured to add or buy products, I am a former cosmotaligest and did not like the check out system out in the public, I loved both of my girls but the add ons were a bit much for me, I do have to say your salon is the cleanest and well run than any I have visited since my move to AZ, i am on a limited budget so all the extras if I had gotten all recomended would have been over $250.00 more than i expected, You do have a lovely salon and I do have 1 more service but I wont add extras. Lilias

Always trying to upsell service and additional product. Feels like everything is about money. Took my daughter because I have so many packages, had to spend an additional $10 to transfer it over to her. I attended with her and there was no additional bookkeeping required. I used two packages that day. Want to pause your membership? That will be $$. Never mind that I will need to find a girls choir to use up all my packages nd I will still need to provide each with $10 for service fee. Don’t forget the tip either.

The spa is very nice. The employees are especially friendly and accommodating. The massage time is sometimes shortened. This last appointment was scheduled for 1:30. I arrived at 1:26. I was taken back to the room at 1:37 & my massage was over at 2:20. So my 50 minute massage was actually only 40 minutes. That has happened a few times.

I felt like the wait time and receptionist was overwhelmed/too busy to help everyone. I had to wait to check in then also had to wait over 10 minutes to check out. They only had the one receptionist and she was doing something in the back when I was trying to check out. I had to wait on her to finish even though I was the only in-person costumer.

The reception area was very noisy and crowded. Stressful environment. It would be nice if there was a quiet, dimly lighted room with soothing music to wait. Also I didn’t care for the hard sell to join.

Scheduling error needed to delay appointment by 30 minutes, was assured I’d get all booked services. After starting, was advised they would not be able to accommodate my additional foot treatment- and I’d need to use that during a future appointment. They were appreciative of my flexibility, and offered me a fabric cosmetic bag as a thank you… but a complimentary service add on would have been more meaningful.
