Front office is really fake. They give everyone the exact same spiel in a loud voice. I have had the same therapist who is excellent every time I’ve been there but they go through the same thing every time. Ask me my name and it always”PERFECT “. Gets old!

The staff is all great but the process is not. We shouldn’t have to sign waivers on every single visit and hear the same narrative every time. I know there’s a panic button. I know the room is customizable. No need to go over it every single time. It takes away from the relaxing atmosphere. I have never had to do this at any other location.

I had to wait almost 10 minutes after my appointment start time and then finished before 50 minutes past the planned start time.

Felt like the sales pitch over took everything. Approached multiple times for a glass of water by maybe 5 different people. Really wasn’t looking to get a whole sales pitch and sign up for more. Just wanted one nice massage.

Because the high pressure sales tactics were irritating and would keep me from ever going to this place ever again. Multiple people from the aesthetis to thepetson st the desk.

My therapist worked on my sciatica and he was great for that. His pressure, although "light" didn't allow me to relax. On the other hand I know that he got deep into my muscles to break up some knots and that will ultimately be beneficial. Whenever I need a deep tissue massage, he will be my "go to guy".

The facial was excellent, best I’ve had so far. The massage I booked before was only 45 minutes. You are transparent that it’s only 50 minutes but they have consistently been only 45 minutes and not at all worth the price you charge.

First Massage, nothing to compare with. It was holiday time, won't things be a notch above? Staff friendly, but still push the upsale

I needed more pressure and asked but didn't get it. My first Himalayan salt massage, and it didn't provide the relief I was hoping for.
