Lots of upselling and selling of the membership after the session. Could do without this.

Extremely pushy with sales. The owner did not need to come try and sell us memberships on top of the other associates. Almost a fake niceness about it.

Im satisfied with service. Brandy is amazing. She is so knowledgeable of what she does and I truly appreciate her help in making comfortable with the process of massage.

Receptionist knew I had limited funds and yet tried to upsell products that were a little bougie in price.

I understand it’s part of the business plan, but I am not comfortable with the high-pressure sales. I appreciate having questions answered. I appreciate being asked if I understand, or knowledgeable about different sales promotions. To be honest, the over-the-top sales pitch and levels of positivity, turn me off.

Not confident enough in myself

The front desk staff was very friendly and walked me through each step of the process. My massage therapist, Melissa was very friendly and helped me with the painful areas and even recommended a different treatment for next time. All yhe staff I met at the Surprise location really made my night.

I became ill during my massage. Everything that Alexandria and the front staff did for me once I had to terminate the massage early was great. I only wish I hadn’t become ill during my last massage session with Alexandria before she leaves.

I had mixed feeling. I was ask if it was ok to have a foot and scalp massage. I said yes, but I only got a lower neck massage and not a good foot massage
