Massage therapist was excellent, however the reception staff was not friendly and when I asked questions about utilizing my credits to enhance my service she told me no that I should just book an 80 min massage. I found that strange considering I have done it in the past, at checkout the other receptionist was rude and rushed me. I had questions and wanted to book another appointment and was not offered to book again.

I was very satisfied with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable and did an very good job with the massage.

The esthetician spent time on my face but there was a lot of time spent cleaning or doing something else. She was very detailed with the diamond machine & thorough. I usually have a massage on the shoulders/neck while the mask is on but I am not sure if she left the room & I didn’t receive a massage. I have had better facials.

I love the flexibility of scheduling last minute. The staff are always kind. I have noticed new therapists that might not be as experienced with their technique.

This last massage was more of a weird lotion application than any massage. The rocks weren’t plugged in when I entered the room, which means they weren’t warm at all. He applied lotion in such a vigorous manner I was shimmying all over the bed. It was so not what any of my previous experiences have been. I immediately booked a second massage with someone else so I could have a chance at relief.

I only booked an hour massage but I had more time on my back area and upper arms. Even though I needed my back done, when I turned over, I only got my neck area done. Perhaps, I needed 11/2 to get the full amount of massage.

I was highly satisfied with my massage! My therapist Nicole, always takes great care of me. The computer system was down and was unable to book anymore appointments. I am not able to make any changes to my account because I originally signed up at the Lake Pleasant Location. We have moved to Waddell and have chosen to come to the Surprise location. If I close it, then I have to re-open at a higher rate. "Sorry, we can't help you. You have to reach out to the other location." Such a dissatisfier.

I had a wonderful experience until it was time to leave, I understand you are a business and need to sell memberships, product and gift cards , however I told the front desk girl checking me out I was there using a gift card and I am currently not working as I am on maternity leave, therefore I would not be purchasing anything additional especially since my facial got upgraded and was an additional $60. Even after I made it clear I could not financially commit to anything else she continued to tell me about the program and then offer gift cards at a discounted rate. It kind of took me out of my relaxed state I was hoping to leave in.

My massage therapist is amazing, it's the only reason me and my husband come here. However the front staff is very pushy, and can be quite a nuisance. One of the girls didn't even let me finish my paper work before bombarding me when it could have waited till after the service.
