Why is highly satisfied the goal? It does the basic of what I need: regular massages at a reasonable cost. So I’m satisfied; I have no complaints.

Elizabeth is great and she helped my neck pain.

The pushing of products is becoming a bit much. I purchase what is recommended for my skin each time but when I check out there is always a push to buy more. The experience in the treatment room is always great, but the check out process ruins the whole thing

I really liked the experience, but felt some pressure to become a member. This was my first visit, plus my first time experiencing a facial treatment. I was asked numerous times about becoming a member, which made me feel A bit uncomfortable. I also felt like too much information was being provided, while waiting for my appointment. I wanted to try this out, and not spend a ton of money. I booked for discounted rate. Walked about spending almost 400. I probably will discontinue my membership.

My issues on this visit were with Nicole/therapist. She did not provide communication before placing very hot towel on back. Failed to apply appropriate pressure after being asked twice to use light pressure, causing discomfort for several days following massage. No towel provided to wipe excess oil off before getting dressed.

I am happy with my membership. I would’ve liked to kept my membership at the price that it was as it went up a couple of months ago because that’s what I was promised but other than that I will keep it.

Push product and packages way too much. I had 4 people come over and go over the packages My aesthetician was very knowledgeable but too easy of touch

I enjoyed the services but did not enjoy the hard sell at checkout for products.

Massages are great and staff is amazing but prices are too high

It’s was a wonderful experience but I asked the aesthetician to extract any blemishes I had and she did not.
