I was specifically asked if I like to chit chat during my massage and I said no, and yet my massage therapist talked non stop during my massage.

I was satisfied with my service. I thought my massage therapist was excellent.

The massage therapist was very nice and friendly but I didn’t feel like she was able to relieve tension in my back.

While the service and experience was much better on this visit, we have had problems before. I will say that we re-enrolled because it does seem that things are back on track. It is still hard to get scheduled. This is partly our fault since we have a child and can't often plan very far ahead. When we know a few weeks in advance that we have a sitter, it is very easy to get scheduled.

I was approached by two people to purchase products and then the manager also asked about adding on to my massage. At the end showed products to purchase and again asked about being a member. Then they also were promoting gift cards. I Thought it was a little overwhelming. It was my first time in and I was there to relax. On the flip side my massage and facial were great but didn't appreciate all the sales!!

I used points from a past appointment to upgrade my massage with the Himalayan salt stones, and he barely used them. So in total I used two appointments worth and felt very unsatisfied with the use of the stones. I’ve had much better massages at that location with only booking one appointment instead of using two of my appointments. I definitely regret doing that. But how was I to know that was going to happen.

The push to sign up for the monthly services on the way out the door was way too much. The manager coming out of the office to offer "additional savings" after I said no the first time was so used car salesmany. I just got done with a massage. I felt great and all of a sudden I'm in a high pressure sales presentation right before I leave. There's gotta be a better way to handle the push for the monthly services. "Hey and we're going to email you some great offers to you dealing with our monthly services. Keep an eye out for that. Have a great day!!" or a follow up phone call a day or two later. Let people leave relaxed instead of annoyed.

it is hard to get a two hour massage scheduled. I am still trying to find someone that does an amazing job at the Surprise location....
