This was regarding my wife. She requested quite time and the therapist talked during the entire time. He even asked an inappropriate question. "Why did she choose to not have her glutes massaged." It's not his business and should respect her privacy.

Informed massage therapist of areas to focus on prior to massage beginning. Massage therapist did not focus AT ALL on lower back, which was primary area of concern and pain. Felt harassed by staff and owner post massage regarding purchasing a monthly membership, even after we declined. The pressure to purchase a membership post appointment was enough to not want to go back to a hand and stone franchise again.

Everyone was great! My body is just out of wack currently and needs more adjusting to feel better, hence some of the "satisfied" answers. I answered honestly to how my body feels currently.

Pressure to join every time we come. Not a way I want to start or finish my time to relax. Price continues to increase, since we started it has doubled in price. We have been members for years and continued to pay during covid but was unable to get appointments. So our once a month credit massages built up. Then you come up with a rule you can only transfer three a year. We did good for you by staying a paid member and now you treat us with a rule of not transferring built up credits from my husband to me. Shame on you.

It was a wonderful Mother's Day treat to be able to get a massage and facial. The treatments were EXCELLENT. However, I was very annoyed with how hardly upgrades & a membership were pushed. Multiple times I said no, & for at least 15 min when I was just trying to pay it was being pushed on me to get a membership. It was so much so that it was annoying & distasteful. I don't really feel like going back to have to deal with that again.

At other locations I have had problems with not receiving positive customer service. I have not had anyone ask about using membership points (not the monthly ones) or explain that topic. It seems that over the years they are hard to acquire to become redeemable (unless you come every single month) and they expire after a certain period. Prices are not transparent with this company and only at my visit with the Oakley location in Ohio has it been broken down how to best use a monthly reward on top of a massage. I was shown that the reward value was a certain dollar amount and different ways/common combinations that are chosen to achieve that amount.

I was physically dizzy after the service. I find I cannot lay on my back for an extended period of time.

Arrived a bit early. Open sign on but door locked, gal came said opening in 15-20 minutes. I sat on bench outside. No one came to tell me we r open now. Another client went to the door and it opened. Would have been nice if when the door was unlocked she would have reached out to let me know. I was pleased this visit no one tried to sell me something. I asked for hot stones. All went great Rusty’s was great. Thank you.

Owner/manager very uncomfortable and sneaky to get you as a member. I was very upset with the experience.
