I usually like more full spa experience. I think your business is good for people looking for quick maintenance treatment, but not for a fuller, more relaxing day. I did feel like I was being churned out the door.

This last time he did more talking than usual. I told him my hip area was hurting badly and he didn’t spend much time at all on it. Too much rubbing of the back.

The sales pitches are way too aggressive. They are always trying to get you to sign up for membership both before and after the service. Even after stating before the service that I'm not interested they still talk a lot about it again after the service. It takes away from the relaxing experience.

There is a great turnover in massage therapists and office workers, not sure the reason! I usually try to get a massage every month but hard to get the therapist I want or most times she no longer works there.

I’ll give this place a 4.5 out of 5 stars. The reason for this is simply due to the cost like I always give a tip so there’s always that plus what we pay which, in my opinion, should be less. This Especially should be for members reoccurring and paying a monthly fee it’ll only make it so that I want to come more often throughout the month instead of just waiting for the accredited monthly payment.

I get cold during massages. I think it would be helpful if blanked were available for covering if needed. The room temperature is fine but a little more personal warmth would help me relax better. I’m just not always warm enough even with the table heater.

I was highly satisfied. I simply can not afford to continue the membership for much longer as my budget does not allow it.

Pushy over attack of 3 people.to.sell monthly membership ..never was interested in it. I came in on a gift card and did not appreciate it at all. Plus scheduling was the most nonsense lack of appt times and lack of caring. To the point I almost gave husband card back said go get.refund this place is too hard frustrating to get appt wanted.

The owner and staff pressure too much on becoming a member and pushing more and more to the service
