I am satisfied with the massage but still finding the one therapist that can really help with pain. The different techniques and pressure etc varies so much. The availability of my therapists I've used when I really need an appointment has been difficult to schedule.

I was highly satisfied with my entire experience other than I felt the processing fee is something that should not be charged. I felt that there should be semi private area where new clients can decide. I also felt a medium amount of pressure to join, while being given incentives.

Bought too many things products but didn’t see results on face

I understand the aspect for business growth is to sell, but every employee I speak with there is trying to upsell with other services. I don’t mind an initial ask, but it da gets annoying having to repeat myself with every individual I encounter. It can tend to make me feel like my membership or massage “isn’t enough” as in -it isn’t appreciated.

Did not like her technique, used forearm a lot. Barely went above my knee when lying on stomach. Had knots in back and did not work them out. I walked away feeling like I didn’t get a massage.

My credit card info was stolen, purchase made on my card. Had to file fraud with my bank. Had to give my card info to make an appt. Asked twice to recheck the final price. I had 125.00 in gift card and charged another 135.00 plus a 25.00 tip. That was 260.00 for my facial+ extra services. I canx my membership the next day. Although I enjoyed the facial, I cannot have my card info stolen again.

We moved after signing up. I think I just liked location and people at other site

Tyler was excellent!! A little overpriced for a 50 min massage but overall was happy.

I went in needing to relax my shoulder. I was a bit taken back with what i thought were unwanted sales pitches. I almost got up and left. i didnt want a facial...... I know add on sales make or break your day but leave a new customer alone unless they come back for more.

The massage was great and the therapists were kind and friendly. The sales associate was too pushy. We may have come back or recommended this location but won't now knowing the sales pressure tactics. Our friends and family don't like that tactic either.
