Hand and Stone

Nothing stood out. It was an average massage. Prices keep going up. Have to pay to transfer a massage credit someone to use.

Renee is extremely sweet and kind and funny. I kept conversing with her to be friendly back, but I did wish I had more relaxation out if it. It was my birthday and I even told her I was very stressed out. I needed a lot of care. I'm not upset with her though, I would see her again. She is good.

I loved it. The masseuse was a little agressive. I would like a facial sometime. I want to come back forsure. The products are really nice.

The room was freezing. The table warmer made it tolerable. Never thought I'd be happy to go out into triple digit heat but it felt good to warm up. Not the therapist's fault. I didn't mention it to her. I didn't want to interrupt my massage since it was only for 50 minutes.

Table narrow room tiny and I am large busted laying face down I was sweating and do not fit in the face cradle have to improvise and turn my head to side the whole massage

Facility clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive. Effective exterior.

Reception was pushy with sales. I do not want to be a member, no matter how good of a deal it is. I do not have it in my budget

Visit to hand and stone was wonderful. Unfortunately I will not be visiting again soon as I am only visiting the area. No hand and stone offices in my area.

Sales pressure after relaxing massage took away from the ambiance

The spa and staff are fine. The paperwork regarding health and safety is too much invasion into my privacy. Covid is not that relevant in the country any no longer, if government can move forward so should businesses. That is the one reason I don't come back any longer.
