I felt the services were a bit too expensive. It wasn't explained beforehand that a scalp massage was an up charge or that a mask with the microderm infusion service was also an additional fee. It was known that I had never had a facial or been to this facility so the additional fees were a shock at checkout. If there continues to be hidden fee's I will not keep my membership.

I felt a little overwhelmed with the add on options. Almost a little put on the spot to add on. Maybe don’t push so hard.

I enjoyed my experience and thought everyone was knowledgeable as well as polite. I will continue to use their services.

Way too much up selling. I know it’s their job but it was a lot.

Don’t appreciate attempts to upsell services

Too many sales pitches. First for all of the available add ons. Then a long sales ordeal at the end to sign up for more. I will stick with the place I normally go. No upselling. They just focus on a quality massage.

The sheets that are our coverage are too thin. This makes it so the therapist can see through them

Pushing a highly expensive product constantly, from the beginning of the appointment and at the check out.

The massage was great but the owner was over the top. I’m coming for a massage and to relax and the sales pitch to become a member was too much. He was just to intense and I appreciate his passion but I feel like he needs to dial it back a bit

This experience felt more like a timeshare sales pitch than the relaxing self care day that I signed up for. I don't need aggressive sales pitches, I need to relax. I wish there was an option to check no sales pitch on a form, it's more aggravating than anything.
