Massage was absolutely wonderful - Alfredo is the BEST! No complaints there. I had a facial after, I had a gift card for the facial - there was an additional $65 fee for products used on my face - after the facial I felt like my face was so greasy and disgusting I just wanted to scrub my face off. When I went up to pay for my services, the esthetician put some products on the counter, explained what they were and said "ok so and so will check you out now" and gave the products to the cashier without me even expressing interest in wanting the products. I then said, no I'm not interested in purchasing, and the owner said "well didn't the esthetician recommend them?" So what if he did? I didn't think it was their place to know about my financial stance nor did I need to provide an explanation with other customers around that I couldn't afford it at the time - and even if I could, its MY money and MY choice what I want to buy. Every time I come to this location its ALWAYS about getting customers to add enhancements to their services,if they don't hound you about products its about their membership - Im SO tired of it and won't be returning because of their harassing selling behaviors.

Receptionist gave me the wrong date. He knew I hadn’t been in previously but did not explain anything. He was in a hurry to get me off the phobe

I felt a bit pressured to spend more than I was looking to spend. I wanted an hour facial. The site stated it would cost about $80. By the time I was done my bill was over $150 and that wasn’t including the tip. I had 5 different people trying to get me to purchase extra things. If I said no to something someone else came out and asked me why I wasn’t interested in purchasing. It made me feel as though I wanted to run out of there as soon as I was done. I did love my facial though.

The website was unclear of how much and which message I was actually receiving. When I went in for the message I received something very different. I wasn't told the price until the end when I feel the front should have verified everything before I went in, including price. $60.00 more is a lot.

I have a membership but I cannot locate it on line. The store stated they see it in their system and stated they fixed the problem but it has not been fixed. Also I cannot see appointments I have booked.

It was all really a nice experience, I took my mom for a spa afternoon. The therapists were kind and seemed knowledgeable. I did not appreciate the sales pitch at the end. Bringing out the white card and being told we seemed nice and that she would give us 70% off felt so slimy. It honestly ruined the experience, I would go somewhere else since it seems your company's goal is strictly to get memberships. This was a huge bummer.

Enjoyable

Wasn't sure why I was Stretched when I was getting a massage. I wanted to relax not hurt but the first half was great. First time I also got a facial different. Felt like she was rubbing my eye lashes most of the time. But maybe that's what a facial does.

Everything was wonderful, until check out. The typical sales pitch was fine. Felt pressured after a relaxing massage by the owner to buy a membership or gift cards. The receptionist already gave the sales pitch that was enough. Thanks everything else was wonderful just not what I wanted to experience after a relaxing session before even leaving.

Her hands were cold, but other then that it was perfect.
