The massage was great but once you leave and check out there is a gentleman pretty much hounding you to try products and all you wanna do is go home and relax. This was very invasive and made me not want to ever come back. My friend was there Saturday and said the same thing about her experience. I most likely will be canceling my membership

Too pushy on products and services. I’m not new to hand and stone or spa services, and it’s not relaxing when your busy trying to sell something vs help someone relax. Find a gentler approach.

There was a "heavy-handedness" feel to the UPSELL portion of checking out, as well as at the start of my facial appointment. I did not specifically ask for any type of upgraded session. The esthetician suggested the NUFace product/treatment, but did not offer price information until I was already in the treatment chair and prepped, and casually mentioned that there was a treatment "tool" to be used at home. I could sense to "SALE" was on. The esthetician did a fine job on the treatment and I dare say she made a sale on the product. I just felt a bit blind-sided in the approach, and definitely felt the pressure of the sale at checkout. I came in for a regular facial, so was not mentally prepared to be SOLD something at the end of what supposed to have been a relaxing experience. I am certain management is pleased about the sale, but I wonder if they might want to revisit the approach, from the client's perspective.

I felt over pressured by the front office staff to purchase memberships. I was asked 4 times by two staff members after responding that I’d want to wait to make a decision. It felt like I was at a car dealership with the rehearsed sales pitches. It somewhat ruined the whole experience.

My appointment didn't begin on time. And while I appreciate that the staff was all trying to make me feel welcome, it was a little overwhelming being greeted by all 4 of the people working in the reception area within a 10 minute span. Everyone was very friendly and I have no complaints about the actual service I received beyond it running a couple minutes late, I just felt it was a bit much

When I initially called to book my appointment there were no times available for the week I was looking for. I had to book an appointment for the following week. I’ve had neck and back pain for a few months now and massage really seems to help. Was disappointed that I could not get an appointment earlier.

Unaware of actual cost of massage via confirmation email. Thought it would be $69.95 as the website indicated but cost was $109 plus $10 for aromatherapy (expected). No clarification about being member from 2 years ago applying to price.

My regular therapist, Lizzy, is on maternity leave. She recommended 3 others that had approximately same technique. Two of them unavailable when I requested, accepted different day
