My facial was good. It was only the second I have ever had where the downtime (waiting for mask to set) was not spent massaging arms and hands. Perhaps that is because I had the basic facial. I tend to go to spas that include that in the basic service. I never returned to the spa where the service provider just sat and did nothing during my treatment. If I return it will most likely be for a body massage rather than a facial. This is no reflection on the woman who did my service. I am sure she provided the services she was trained to provide.

I look forward to relaxing when I come in, sometimes the waiting lobby can get very loud. I have never had a problem just sometimes its a little too much or forced at the front desk. But again, I want to come in and relax so it's a clash at times

The sales consultant even though it was her job was VERY pushy at the time of check out and wouldn’t take no for an answer which really of sets the mood of trying to relax. Also paying for a whole body massage my therapist did not do ANY of the lower half of my body. I asked for focus on neck and back but I didn’t think that meant excluding everything else. Anytime I’ve gone somewhere for a full body massage it’s 1 hour, not 50 mins and my entire body is worked on.

While the massage was good, most of the time was spent on my back while the areas I specifically need work on were barely touched. I have noticed each time I have been in that the therapists spend very little time on my legs even when I specified that my lower back and legs are what give me the most problems. I'm just not comfortable with the clinical atmosphere. It feels like an assembly line.

I just didn’t like that everything is an up sale. I wanted the salt stone massage not knowing that it was an extra $30 so I didn’t get it. Also the sheet is so thin that covers you on the table. In day spas it’s two sheets or a blanket but not so thin.

My aesthetician could have done a better job in explaining processes before applying stuff to my face. I needed to ask her every time something was started. I like to be informed of the step by step events

Everything was very good! I did not think the head rest on the table was comfortable, although Seth made changes to its positioning according to my requests. One thing, the bathroom was out of hand towels. This was concerning to me as it was noon and it appeared the bathroom may or may not have been cleaned from the previous day.

I went for relaxation and relief but massage person talked entire time. I literally kept quiet hoping the massage person get hint. I think they should understand typically people want it quiet, relaxing. Was disclosed smokes and done/does marijuana made me feel uncomfortable

There was too much of a sales pitch a go to get a massage To relax not to be pressured into purchasing something for a purchasing something or have my guest purchase a membership. We were approached by the owner of the place And it was all about a sales pitch my sister and I went to relax and she felt like that’s all they wanted to do was sell her membership. And then I got an upsell that I wasn’t interested in because I just kept getting tired of saying no I went in there I told him what I want it and then there was a sales and sales pitches throughout not my kind of place that does not happen in Pennsylvania
