Very friendly people.Im a caregiver very demanding and heavy lifting so to be able to easily let my therapist work on my aches and also feel comfortable was really nice. Very soothing atmosphere makes it all worth the membership.

The receptionist area was hectic and loud. It seemed more like a sales office than a place to relax.

The services provided by your associates were great. I was disappointed that your team was constantly trying to up sale. I came to relax. I like Hand & Stone so I will probably book my appointment in Goodyear not Surprise the next time. Hoping that you haven’t enforced that at all of the spa’s.

I am often overly promoted while waiting, which I absolutely hate. I’m there for a relaxing massage and don’t need upsells. My massage therapist, Otto, has always been incredible and is the reason I continue my membership. When he’s gone it’ll be a difficult choice if I decide to continue.

The owner Steve is very, very effusive - over the top friendly. Knew I had requested BioFreeze Therapy and sent a staff person to put one of the products waiting at checkout. I really do not like how phony Steve is in his approach with clients, very over the top and artificial, it is very off putting and I do not want this type of treatment, a sincere welcome would be more professional. Less pushy sales, I understand they want to sell product, but wrong approach !

Priced too high for the quality of the massage. There are less expensive places where I’ve received a better massage.

Had to change therapists the day before because my usual person bo longer works there. It just takes some time to get used to a new therapist.

When I called about our online registration, it took Ginger 5 times to get the email address correct. She also was talking over me and did not understand what she was doing. We we came in for our appointment, I was informed that she is no longer with the company. Bit when we came in for the appointment,, everything was fantastic!
