I am uncomfortable with your business model. Being up sold on every single item under the sun is tremendously annoying to me! I will NEVER participate in this type of business model.

I was highly satisfied with my facial experience. Not satisfied with my massage. I went for relaxation not stretching and knot release.

I was highly satisfied with the massage and therapist. Each therapist has a different technique and it is the individual who decides if it suites them or not. Overall people all people cannot be hightly satisfied with every massage.

I was satisfied with my visit. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I did feel like there was pressure from the owner to purchase I subscription which I did not want.

There is a lot of selling up-grades which pressured me. I just wanted a facial and it was you need this and that. It took time away from my facial!!

There was a lot of time spent trying to get me to purchase a membership or added services. I felt it to be a bit overbearing.

Very expensive. Do not want to pay monthly or membership price

Your staff is over the top on being friendly. It is not natural and off putting. When my friend checked out they pushed the membership on here knowing there was no H&S near her.

Overall things were fine. However, the ladies at the front desk were extremely pushy with trying to sell me a membership even after I had politely declined twice. It was not a positive way to end what should have been a relaxing visit- start to finish.

Everything was fine except feeling like it was a sales pitch at the end. I didn’t want to be asked about becoming a member multiple times by different people at the end of my session. It felt like it was a money hungry establishment as opposed to wanting to provide a service. I also don’t like that the massage is labeled as 60 minutes but the changing and speaking with the masseuse is part of the 60 minutes.
