My skin has improved so much since my treatment

I wish you offered stretch services like massage envy. As for the service my therapist did a good job, but my massage was not a full hour. He seemed to be in a lot of pain which made me feel like it could have been better. My facial was amazing, but my therapist had halitosis which was not pleasant.

Massage was great! Only minor comment was I came for sciatica pain and he spent a lot of time on my back but I didn't feel he worked enough on my lower back. I still felt amazing however, and maybe because I said to go gentle on the lower back that's why... Communication is sometimes at fault! Facial. I was convinced by the owner Steve. It was *nice.* But I didn't think it compared cost wise. My massage was amazing, I left feeling much better and relaxed. And the facial was relaxing but it felt like a relaxing face wash. The face massage was almost non existent, was it supposed to have one? I thought it did? Didn't find the value for me *personally*, but it was a nice experience.

I’m not the best at taking care of myself. I will be more vocal and express what I need. Thx.

For the money massage is to short.

Over friendly, gushy staff. Professional greeting and welcome would be appreciated. Phony greetings are off putting

The massage and facial were amazing. I felt relaxed and at ease. I felt safe with the cleaning procedures in place. I was unsatisfied because of the amount of sales pitches I have to hear during my spa day. I was asked at least 4 times to become a member and upgrade services. No means no and it really put a damper in my relaxation. I am not sure if all locations are like this but it made me not want to frequent the company.

I was satisfied; however, I was visiting from out of town. If I lived in the area, I would return.

Received as gift, gratuity should be included. Don't like upselling. Don't like product selling after service.

Our facials were wonderful but everyone was too pushy with trying to sale us products and packages.
