I did go ahead a sign up for the monthly services because I found value in it. However, at first I did not see the value until the price was brought down to fit my budget! Could work on selling the benefits and value of the monthly message or facial and I would have bought at full value! It’s shouldn’t be a selling tactic to lower the price to get someone to buy it! Build the value!

I felt pressure to sign up for a monthly program. After saying it wasn’t in my budget the receptionist changed her attitude toward my and was very dismissive. I was told on the phone my giftcard would work toward gratuity and when I asked after paying I was told it wouldn’t. I also felt blind sided that there was an additional $20 add on to my facial. I wish when she suggested the mask during the facial she stated it is an additional cost.

Would like more locations in Northern Arizona. It is more convenient to get a service done if there are more locations. When I’m at my usual place in Surprise, most weekend times are booked up.

I felt the Himalayan salt stones to be ineffective. It was boring. The small stones were much better. I'm dissatisfied with the membership because I was not told that I had to book my massage after the 16th to have it be the next month. Had to pay out of pocket again. Now I have an extra massage that I may not be able to use as I'm leaving for several months.

Massage was very weak. A lot of time spent with nothing happening. Felt the uneasy of wondering what was going on. Most spend the time waiting on masking doing massage. Very little time on this and very poor

The owner was VERY VERY pushy when it came to updates, membership and products. He tried to add the incentive of using his own “discount” and telling me to call him by 9:00 pm that same day to receive additional discounts. My family member and I wanted to nice, relaxing experience. We did not have that.

My therapist Alfredo was amazing. I would come back to see him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and listen to my areas of concern. He was amazing! However, as a member who attends frequently, we are more than aware of all the extra"s we can add on. I feel as though if one is interested in doing so they will at the time of booking when they are asked the first time. Upon arrival, the amount of times asked to upgrade is insane and worse than car shopping. It is a really pushy process and honestly one of the reasons I canceled my membership before. It was a quick reminder as to why I did. As a member, I want to come in get my massage and go. If I am interested in all the "extra's" I will inquire. My suggestion STOP with the used car sales approach. It's a spa, it's mean to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Don't ruin that from the moment you walk into the spa. If we want it, we will add it!
