Booking an appointment online is annoying. Every other time I try to make my appointment there is always a problem with my login and password.

Too commercial and gimmicky. I also think I should get a full 60 minute massage without 10 minutes subtracted for dressing

The membership program as explained was somewhat confusing. I thought I was walking out there as a member (again) for only $10!! Then after I paid the $10, she said I owed for that day's services I received. And that's all and fine, just make it clear the customer is going to pay twice. She probably said it but the way it was worded. I was still under the incorrect perception.

I called to check in like told to and was there 15 minutes early. Then I was forgotten about to come in and start appt over 5 minutes late then rushed to get started but I did get the full amount time for appt.

They kept trying to sell me on stuff. I was there to relax and enjoy my massage and I felt as if I was at the car dealership. The people kept hounding me on buying a membership and to add on services. I understand you are trying to make more money, but they were being excessive about it

Minor beef: How many times do I need to confirm? Someone calls within minutes of booking to confirm, I get a text, another phone call, another text. Good grief.

Reception area too crowded with addition of check-in desk, Product Display case in the middle of reception area hampered social distancing as well as not enough room to "shop" the display safely. Staff has been taught to be "overly perky", this is fake friendliness, not professional. Over-sell of membership, staff person came out from behind desk and stood too close in order to highlight brochure - no social distancing !
