I hope I have not implicated in satisfaction. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I have been getting at least one massage a month for years. And from a number of different therapists. Every one has been always slightly different. But I rebooked for another massage in two weeks before I left.

I felt like when we came out of our massage and it was time to pay we were hit with extra “sales” pitches. It’s definitely not a time to try and sale memberships etc. it was very overwhelming when we checked in as well. I understand that we needed to get signed in, but it just felt like everything was a “sales” pitch.

Excellent massage and relaxing atmosphere. The one thing I didn’t like was being convinced for 5 minutes by the owner to sign up for a membership at the end of my massage. It felt like I was at a car dealership and made me feel uncomfortable in a way. Workers were quite chatty, and I like to relax when I go for a massage. But overall, the massage itself was excellent and my therapist did an amazing job.

Christina, your new therapist, is absinthe and very knowledgeable. Every massage therapist I've had at your facility has been really great and knowledgeable.

While sitting in your reception area that is very accommodating, I could not relax in preparation for my massage. Every moment someone was trying to up-sell me something. All of your special technique items are annoying and costly. I needed peace and quiet. I came for a relaxing massage, not hearing continuing sales pitches. The actual massage was perfect by a skilled therapist.

My therapists no longer work there. Don't care for the way staff tells me that this massage therapist is like my former therapist, no they are not. Each therapist has their own way of doing their massages and is unique in field. No one is the same and you shouldn't be told that because when the new massage therapist can't perform to the expectation of the former therapist it creates disappointment. Instead accept the therapist you have and their abilities and try to let the customer know that will do their best to meet your needs in their own way. Too much high pressure sales on the add-ons. You informational material should be enough and the person can decide if they want it instead of always promoting it. Ask once if they tell you know stop asking on every visit. I hear about the add-ons every time I come for a massage. The spa is great and the people nice you don't need to oversell it.

I really like the place but i wait 15 minutes in Waiting area
