Hand and Stone

My massage therapist really dug into my neck to correct the problem and I am very sore today, worse than yesterday. My fault, I should of had him lighten up. Also the owner seemed to be more interested in protecting his staff and perhaps me from covid than he was making me feel welcomed.

I never give "10's" for anyone

I was told about add on services. I added the cold massage facial, however I was NOT informed that the add on would take time away from my massage. Had I known that I would not have done it. By the time she was done with the add on, I only had 5 minutes left that we had to rush through.

It seemed a little chaotic in reception area. Lot of people milling around the front desk.

Therapist kind of smug

Too hard to get an appointment when I need it. Would like to have same day services available

Unfortunately, the massage didn't help with my pain as much as I hoped it would. Nobody's fault, just my stubborn body :)

He worked on my left side a lot longer than my right

I was not told that I would be paying for my service at time of service. I was told it would come out at the end of the month and also that I would have another service free which was not true. To be fair, I was in a hurry at the time of the call.

Ran into an issue at the end of the massage. Other than that everything was efficient and I enjoyed it. Will return again!
